DELIVERIES
We offer FREE, secure and fully insured delivery of your purchase throughout South Africa. This means that, until you’ve signed for receipt of the delivery, it is risk free. We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. We make use of RAM hand-to-hand couriers. RAM specializes in the delivery of diamonds and jewellery. In the unlikely event of RAM not being able to deliver to your doorstep, we shall use the SAPO door-to-door delivery service. Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as we have received proof of full payment. When we have sufficient stock of a particular item and during the working week it will take a maximum of 48 hours (generally 24 hours) for your purchase to reach you anywhere in South Africa. No deliveries will be made on weekends. In periods of high demand and where items have to be specially made up, deliveries may take longer, but in such cases we shall inform you of delivery dates. Please give a shipping address where you, or someone you trust, will be available to sign for receipt.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
All deliveries outside of South Africa will be made by either FedEx or RAM. International deliveries may take about 5 working days. No orders will be processed on Fridays or over weekends. We shall quote shipping and insurance charges on international orders. International orders are free of South African VAT. Please give a shipping address where you, or someone you trust, will be available to sign for receipt. You may want to use the local FedEx depot for delivery, should you not be home when delivery is expected.
RETURN POLICY
Our 14 day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase, to be sure you’ve made the right decision. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 14 days from date of shipment for an exchange or a refund. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or have been engraved, resized, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. When you decide to return the item, please send us an e-mail, stating that the item will be returned. Include the jewellery box and collateral material in the return. If your item was delivered with a certified diamond and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the R250 to R1000 replacement cost (depending on the size of the stone). Please insure your package!
